Rejuvotherapy has been developed by Abigail James over 20 years of clinical practice and continued study within the beauty, spa, physical therapy and advanced skin treatment sector. The core method is a unique therapy that weaves together multiple therapies, both ancient and modern. As a stand alone 60 minute treatment, which can be extended to 75 minutes. The method is about facial rejuvenation, improving the appearance of the face, however this is not the only goal of Rejuvology. There is a deeper underlying impact, supporting a person's stress levels, further aiding in the rejuvenating effect.
Spending many hours over years, treating clients while learning new methods, this was an important time and environment for the development of Rejuvology. Abigail could see and also feel (physically and emotionally) the shifts happening within clients.
Rejuvology is not a facial, it’s a concept and method, following a process, weaving together skills to create an outcome beyond face lifting massage combining a variety of techniques and scientifically backed therapies.

Rejuvology is not a facial, it’s a concept and method, following a process, weaving together skills to create an outcome beyond face lifting massage combining a variety of techniques and scientifically backed therapies. There is a connecting thread between the many therapies, even though very different in their theories and application. Developing of listening hands, through subtle touch and learning to feel tissue release The impact beyond the tissue we are physically touching to the whole body.
Rejuvology Facial rejuvenation massage taps into several systems of the body to create a positive impact on the skin, fascia, nervous, muscular, circulatory and lymphatic systems as well creating balance and flow to the body’s energy. The massage methods help restore skin suppleness by effectively allowing the connective tissue to regain freedom and elasticity through the specialised movements and techniques performed.
During a treatment, the upper body, head, neck and facial muscles are engaged. When our muscles remain tense over a period of time, our skin is affected by two angles.
Firstly, the vital supply of oxygen and nutrients is reduced. Secondly, the removal of waste products from our cells is compromised. This is down to the fact that muscular tension can restrict the vessels which carry blood and lymph to and from the tissues. When you purposely work the facial tissues through the art of Rejuvology these aspects are improved. This results in improvement of the flow of blood and lymph, increasing fresh nutrient delivery to the cells.

Abigail James started her career in the food industry, working for her fathers business, after a period of postnatal depression at the age of 23 with her first child, had a change of life focus and studied at night school for 2 years to gain her NVQ 2 Beauty therapy followed by a year full time to gain her NVQ3. Feeling she had found her passion, it became a lifelong continued study in many different therapies, methods, physical, scientific and emotional, while raising three children on her own and growing her business.
Throughout this time she became well known for her hands on skills for the face and body, resulting in her developing treatments and menus for numerous brands.
Through her clinical time she gained practical insight into the different benefits to a variety of methods she had learnt, exploring these and developing them over the years.
This has accumulated into what is now called Rejuvology. A physical practice combined with the mindset and skills of the practitioner, developing what Abigail calls “Listening with your hands”
